On Manifesting

Here’s something to think about with regards to Manifesting.

When you visualize your goal or dream you experience your goal or dream on an intellectual level.  You also, if you allow yourself to, experience it on an emotional level.  And, you experience it on a spiritual level because that’s where visualization or dreams reside.  The only level that you don’t experience it on yet is on a physical level.  The thing is, because it’s already happening on 3 out of the 4 levels, it’s already happening!  Then it’s just a matter of time before it materializes.

Here are some steps on manifesting:

  1. Relax
  2. See goal achieved
  3. Listen for inspiration
  4. Act on inspiration
  5. Do the most important thing first, then the next and so on
  6. Do each thing in a successful manner.

1. – Relax

There are so many ways to relax but the most beneficial and the most fruitful is to meditate.  I’ve been meditating for many year and have tried several types of meditation.  When I first began meditating, I would sit quietly, clear my mind and focus on my breath.  This worked well for me for several years, but for some reason, it stopped working.  I find now that the best way for me to meditate is with sound.  I love meditating to the sound of “Ah”.  It is also know to be the call of creation.  So any time you get a quiet moment, slow down and meditate to the sound of “Ah”.

The Keys:
1 – Seeing it in your minds eye or feeling it, and
2 – Being PASSIONATE about it

I know my goal and I know I’m going to get it  and I just keep doing it and trying different things until it works – like Tony Stark.

The thing about manifesting is that you totally have to obsess about it but at the same time you totally have to let go.  It’s like what Wayne Dyer once says about water.
